These fakes were first noticed at Pravda Casino by LCB. This russian language casino offers games from “Microgaming”, “NetEnt” and “IGT” among others:
The games are identical to the official versions. Below is a copy of the game from both Pravda (left) and an official Microgaming version (right) – have a go at playing spot the difference and see what you come up with:
So how do we know these are fake? Wrong server.
If you look at the source code of the page you’ll notice the game URL is from the domain supermegaslot.com:
As far as we’re aware, this domain is nothing to do with Microgaming. In fact it’s registered with privacy protection through a registrar in Russia:
